When you visit

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and traffic and request details to deliver pages, maintain reliability and help prevent abuse. Its services may provide us with traffic summaries and security information.

There are no customer accounts, order forms or newsletter sign-ups on this page. Its fonts and images are served with the website.

Cookies & tracking

Our page code does not set cookies or include advertising trackers or visitor-analytics scripts. Cloudflare may use security cookies when its protective features require them, for example to remember a completed security challenge. These are separate from advertising cookies.

When you contact us

We use Google to receive, store and send email. If you contact us, we use your email address, name if provided, message and any attachments to respond and deal with your enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please send only the information needed for your enquiry.

Where information is processed

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security, and Google provides email services. Both operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States and European countries. Enquiries may also be handled from Germany while we prepare our Canadian launch.

Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of those countries and lawful requests from their authorities. Provider details are available in Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's data processing terms. Contact Phil at the address above for written information or questions about our use of providers outside Canada.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage related follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Information is then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Provider logs and backup copies may remain for their applicable retention periods.

We use the access controls and security features of our hosting and email services to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your information, your questions

Contact hello@milch.ca to ask about your information, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. Rights are subject to applicable law and its exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

You can also raise a privacy concern with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, or another privacy authority with jurisdiction.
